Sansevieria Cylindrica - 7cm

Bold, architectural, and strikingly sculptural, Sansevieria cylindrica (also known as Cylindrical Snake Plant or African Spear) brings a modern edge to any plant collection. Its upright, spear-like leaves grow in a fan or spike formation, and their subtle green-grey bands give it a stylish, sculpted look. This is a tough, low-maintenance plant that thrives on neglect—ideal for beginners or forgetful waterers.

Light:
Place within 1–2 metres of a bright East- or West-facing window, or a little further back from a South-facing one. Tolerates lower light levels but grows best with bright, indirect light.

Water:
Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Water thoroughly when the pot feels very light, letting any excess drain away. It’s far more tolerant of drought than overwatering.

Soil:
Best grown in our cactus and succulent soil mix, which provides excellent drainage.

Temperature:
Content in typical household temperatures between 16–27°C. Keep away from cold draughts and extreme heat.

Feeding:
Feed once a month in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser diluted to half strength.
